When does early access start?
24th June at 5:30am AWST. Set your alarms, don’t be late!
How do I get early access?
Make sure you’re signed up to our email list, that’s where we’ll send the early access link before the sale goes live.
Where will I get my early access password from?
We’ll send it straight to you via SMS and email before 5:30am AWST! Keep an eye out for your password to unlock the site early.
Will everything be discounted for the sale?
Yes, everything will be 30% off during our Birthday sale! Including all your faves, but only for 24hrs hours, so make sure you get in quick.
Can I use my discount code on top of sale prices?
Unfortunately, no additional discount codes will be active during our sale. This includes all athlete discount codes as well.
When will the website be locked?
The website will be locked 6 hours before the sale.
Can I shop the sale in-store?
Yes, absolutely! The sale is both online and in-store. Please note that all free gift offers are online only and not available in-store. T&C’s apply.*
How long does the sale last?
Our Birthday sale lasts for 24 hours only! Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
Will shipping take longer during the Sale?
Orders are processed as usual, but due to high demand please allow a little extra time for delivery.
Can I return or exchange items from the Sale?
Standard Velocity return and exchange policies apply, but final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.

How do I get my free gifts?
As you shop, a pop-up will appear each time your cart reaches a gift threshold ($250, then $500), prompting you to choose your free gifts. Just follow the steps in the pop-up to add them to your cart.
To change a gift, remove it from your cart, and the pop-up will prompt you to choose again.
