Great top not the best customer experience

Did my first online order at velocity after purchasing instore previously. Ordered 2 halter tops and 2 other tops. 2 of each item in the same size (one for me and one for a friend). Shipping was fast and i received my parcel within two business days however, only one of each item was packed. I immediately messaged the velocity page and was told to email which i did. I was then advised that CCTV footage would have to be reviewed and i would be updated within two days. I sent an email 4 days later to check in and request my two additional items be sent. This could have been avoided as i sent all the information including the parcel details which said it only weighed 300g and 4 items would way a lot more than that. Bit annoyed at the process. Overall the top is great quality and i now have it in 4 colours.
